Reader Profile

In this photo I have used photos as a mood board to show my reader profile. I have included things I believe people that would read magazines such as Kerrang! And NME.
I have used a few bands as examples in the photo, there is a reason as to why I  have chosen each band.
I have put a photo of The  King  Blues in there because as well as being a famous and widely liked band with a rock based fan group, they are also a very political and outspoken band. To me this relates to the readers of the magazine I am intending on making. The target audience of my magazine are teenagers and younger adults; being a teenager I feel that my generation is very outspoken and political and the King  Blues are too, making them a good band to have for my Reader profile.
I have also put in some fashion and well known rock brands,  such as Abercrombie  and Fitch and Famous Stars and Straps. These are the sort of clothes that my intended and ideal reader would wear.
I have also included some modern items and sites, like a Blackberry phone and the website Tumblr. Blackberry’s have recently been taken over by the teenage generation as one of the must have phones, and Tumblr is an internet blogging site that many teenagers and young adults have signed on to, on Tumblr photos of people at gigs, people with tattoo’s and bands are posted.
For obvious reasons I have put a photo of Reading festival and a band playing, as people interested in all sorts of music, but mainly the rock genre often go to festivals and gigs.
